Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to leverage software tools such as Salesforce to enhance sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Follow a multiple touchpoint sales strategy for all prospects.
- Ensure that activity KPI’s are achieved.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of commercial terms and invoice processes.
